Biography

Katarzyna Gajewska-Kulma is the leading strategy manager at Workplace. Got her master degree in Architecture from Warsaw University of Technology and also graduated from Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Warsaw, that gives her a broader perspective on workplace subjects.

 

Commissioned by the Central Institute for Labor Protection in Warsaw, she has led innovative research on working environment models, which resulted in co-creation of the TECH-SAFE-BIO Laboratory Centre building.

 

As a great listener she understands how we work today and what are our needs. This knowledge is effectively translated into guidelines for office design.

 

She is experienced in conducting interviews and research workshops, managing the design process and coordinating change in the organization. Since 2015 she has conducted several research and evaluation projects for international clients.In the workplace company from 2015.
